A Good Stay with a Hearty Breakfast
The room was not only spacious but also beautifully decorated. Christine's warm hospitality, and the highlight was definitely the hearty breakfast with a selection of fresh ingredients that was a perfect start to my day. I just wish the bathroom had more storage space for personal items.

Such wonderful experience there. Stunningly beautiful place to stay with very good internet. Location really close to Bishopcleugh, lockerbie and the M74 and an immaculately tidy farm amongst rolling landscape. Plenty of food for breakfast including coffee, cereal and fruit. Good food, nice view, terrific service.

I had a lovely one-night stay while visiting the nearby Lochmaben Castle. The room was beautifully decorated with stunning views, making it a perfect retreat. Waking up to a hearty breakfast was the highlight, featuring a variety of fresh ingredients that really set the day off right. Although I would have preferred a little more flexibility with breakfast times, the overall experience was fantastic.

Beautiful en suite room, unique setting outside of main town, modern yet traditional decor
Commune spaces can be noisy!!! Dim bathroom lighting affects functionality!!! Limited nearby dining options make it inconvenient!!! Wi-Fi reliability issues can disrupt guests' plans!!! Lack of evening entertainment leaves more to be desired!!!

Lovely stay in Lockerbie 🇿🇦🌾
The warm hospitality from Christine was just lekker! Came in for a last-minute stay, and she treated us like family. The brekkie was a solid highlight, proper Full English with fresh farm eggs. The room had this feel of old-world charm but all the modern comforts, comfy bed for a solid night's sleep!
Only wished we could've stayed longer, just one night felt way too short!
